Role Overview:
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with a strong recruitment background to join our HR team. The employee primarily manage recruitment efforts but also support various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, Interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, documentation, and orientation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Support performance reviews, feedback sessions, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment.
- Full-cycle recruitment expertise.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with HRMS.
