Expert Eats Hub is a fast-growing cloud kitchen focused on delivering high-quality food with efficient operations and excellent customer experience. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end kitchen and system management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Kitchen Operations Management

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and consistency standards
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination

2. Team Management

• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff
• Create duty rosters and manage shifts
• Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline

3. Order & Delivery Management

• Manage orders across platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.)
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution

4. Systems & Process Management

• Implement and manage POS systems and order dashboards
• Optimize workflows for efficiency and cost control
• Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability

5. Quality Control

• Ensure packaging standards and presentation
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback
• Continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in cloud kitchen / QSR / restaurant operations
• Strong understanding of food delivery platforms
• Experience in managing kitchen staff and inventory
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable with tech systems (POS, dashboards, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality / Hotel Management background
• Experience in a cloud kitchen setup
• Strong vendor management skills
