Role Summary

We are looking for an AI Measures Analyst / Junior Consultant to support the creation of structured healthcare metrics and data models. The role involves working with clinicians, hospital data, and internal teams to analyze workflows, structure data, and assist in defining measurable healthcare indicators.

This is an execution-focused role, ideal for candidates with healthcare and data exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining healthcare measures and metrics
• Document measure definitions, inputs, outputs, and rules
• Work with hospital data (EHR/HIS, patient records, reports)
• Clean, validate, and structure data for analysis
• Support data mapping and standardization
• Assist in validating OCR/NLP extracted data
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and engineering teams
• Maintain structured data formats (Excel / JSON / tools)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare data / hospital operations / analytics
• Background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Informatics, Biomedical, or related
• Basic understanding of EHR / HIS systems
• Strong Excel / data handling skills
• Good documentation and analytical skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of FHIR / HL7 / ICD / SNOMED
• Exposure to OCR / NLP outputs
