Role Description
We are seeking a Delhi & Delhi NCR based Legal Associate to support our Insolvency Practice. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Legal Associate will handle various responsibilities, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, analyzing and addressing legal issues, and providing counsel on insolvency-related matters. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and good understanding of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and the ability to draft, review, and finalize legal texts
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess legal cases and identify effective solutions
- Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written skills, to interface with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Experience addressing Legal Issues and providing informed and strategic advice
- Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Relevant prior experience with insolvency or bankruptcy cases is a plus
- LLB degree from a recognized institution and enrollment with a Bar Council
Emoluments:
Rs.15,000/- per month
