Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers related to Kotak 811 digital savings accounts
  • Resolve customer queries related to mobile app usage, transactions, login, or account issues
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and guide them step-by-step
  • Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the relevant departments
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems diligently

7.Meet performance targets like AHT, quality scores, and customer experience metrics
