Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and build relationships with high-potential candidates across global quantitative and discretionary finance markets
• Clearly and professionally communicate client opportunities to candidates
• Build and maintain a strong, well-organized talent pipeline and candidate database
• Understand candidate motivations and align them with the right opportunities, ensuring a premium experience
• Support and coordinate the end-to-end interview process, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates
• Actively network within the industry to gather market insights and identify future hiring opportunities
