Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Stenographer to provide administrative and documentation support. The role involves fast and accurate typing, transcription, shorthand recording and maintaining official records with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take dictation in shorthand from the Legal Head / Management.
- Accurately transcribe shorthand notes into properly formatted legal documents.
- Draft and format agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MOUs, notices, affidavits, and related correspondence.
- Assist in preparation of property documentation, annexures, and supporting papers.
- Ensure accuracy of survey numbers, property descriptions, financial figures, and statutory references.
- Maintain organized legal files (agreements, title documents, approvals, registrations).
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation inputs.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal and commercial matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong command over English grammar and legal formatting.
- Proficiency in MS Word (document formatting, alignment, structuring).
- Basic understanding of property/legal terminology preferred.
