We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to accelerate the sales pipeline and drive market expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential opportunities and initiating strategic conversations with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
- Deep understanding of the modern SaaS landscape, specifically platforms that enable business teams to build workflows, rules, and logic.
- Assess prospect needs and pain points to ensure high-quality leads are seamlessly transitioned to Account Executives.
- Manage initial objections professionally and coordinate product demonstrations to support growth objectives.
- Maintain rigorous accuracy of all outreach activities and prospect intelligence within the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and stay informed on industry competitive trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of proven success in sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally within the SaaS sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and modern sales enablement tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a collaborative mindset and a strong aptitude for learning.
