We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and measurable growth.

You will manage paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize campaigns to drive leads, revenue, and ROI for clients.

If you enjoy scaling campaigns, running experiments, and living inside dashboards, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution

Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Handle budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting

Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations

2. Performance Optimization

Track and improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audiences

Identify scaling opportunities for high-performing campaigns

3. Analytics & Reporting

Set up tracking via Google Analytics, GTM, pixels, and conversion APIs

Build weekly and monthly performance reports

Translate campaign data into actionable insights for clients

4. Collaboration

Work with creative teams for ad concepts and creative testing

Collaborate with strategy teams on growth experiments

Support account managers in presenting performance insights

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Strong understanding of marketing funnels and attribution

Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GTM

Good to Have

Experience with LinkedIn Ads or programmatic platforms

Knowledge of landing page optimization

Experience working in a digital marketing agency

Success Metrics

Your performance will be evaluated on:

Cost per lead (CPL) / Cost per acquisition (CPA)

Return on ad spend (ROAS)

Campaign scalability

Client performance improvements
