- Job Title: Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing

Role – This will be an individual contributor role where we are looking for a talented individual who will shape Viega external branding or the APME region. Your goal is to transform our distributor and project channels into high-velocity engines for secondary sales.
Job Responsibilities –
1. Channel Branding & Visibility
- Develop and execute channel display strategies to improve brand visibility at distributor outlets, showrooms, and retail locations.
- Define RACI frameworks for effective implementation and monitoring.
- Conduct field audits and site visits to ensure compliance with branding standards.
2. Trade Promotion & Channel Activation
- Design and implement trade promotion campaigns to increase product adoption across distributors and dealers.
- Organize contractor engagement programs, installer awareness initiatives, and partner activation campaigns to strengthen the channel ecosystem.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness through sales uplift analysis and channel participation metrics .
3. Events & Exhibitions
- Plan and manage trade exhibitions, customer engagement events, and industry conferences .
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for booth design, installation, logistics, and event execution .
- Track event performance metrics , including lead generation, engagement levels, and ROI.
4. Marketing Collateral & Trade Toolkits
- Develop and manage trade marketing toolkits including standees, banners, giveaways, posters, and showroom branding materials.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all channel touchpoints.
5. Advertising & Media Engagement
- Coordinate with advertising agencies to maintain Viega’s presence in industry magazines, trade publications, and digital platforms .
- Ensure all creatives adhere to Viega’s global brand guidelines .
6. Marketing Collateral Management
- Oversee the design, printing, and distribution of brochures and product literature .
- Ensure availability of marketing materials for sales teams, distributors, and trade partners .
7. Regional Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with regional teams across India, Middle East and Southeast Asia to align branding initiatives.
- Share best practices and marketing assets to maintain consistent brand positioning across markets .
8. Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage the trade marketing budget , ensuring cost-effective allocation across events, branding, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate with vendors and agencies to optimize cost efficiency and campaign ROI .
9. Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform trade marketing strategies.
- Develop and track key metrics such as: Display compliance rate, Event participation and lead generation & Brand visibility and engagement metrics
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product management, and global marketing teams to align trade activities with the overall go-to-market strategy .
- Support innovative trade marketing initiatives such as QR-enabled displays and digital product catalogs .
11. Compliance & Sustainability
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with local regulations and Viega global brand guidelines .
- Promote sustainable marketing practices , including eco-friendly promotional materials.
