We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to manage the digital presence of our clothing brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, social media, and storytelling, with the ability to create engaging daily content and grow the brand’s online community.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Manage all brand social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Help with planning, scheduling, and publishing daily content including reels, posts, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual aesthetic across all social platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and build an active online community.

Content Creation

  • Conceptualize and create engaging and trend-based content ideas for the brand.
  • Plan and execute daily reels, behind-the-scenes content, product showcases, and storytelling content.
  • Write captions, hooks, and scripts for reels, YouTube Shorts, and posts.
  • Be familiar with video editing tools and able to edit short-form content when required.

YouTube & Video Content

  • Manage and grow the brand’s YouTube presence, including Shorts and long-form videos.
  • Plan video concepts, scripts, and content strategies for YouTube.
  • Edit or coordinate editing for YouTube videos and other social media content.

Influencer & Creator Outreach

  • Identify and reach out to relevant influencers and creators for collaborations.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, gifting collaborations, and campaigns.
  • Track collaboration performance and maintain relationships with creators.

Shoot & Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage content shoots and campaign shoots.
  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and shoot direction.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, and stylists.
  • Ensure smooth execution of shoots and timely delivery of content.

Brand Operations Support

  • Assist with day-to-day marketing and brand operations.
  • Support product launches, drops, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with brand goals.

Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Optimize content strategies based on performance insights.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to tackling challenges
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling systems
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with the team
  • Enthusiasm for brand development and storytelling
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
  • Final salary will be based on experience, skills, and negotiation.
  • On-site role based in Noida / Delhi NCR for 3 months
