Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Fundraising Executive to support our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing resources through individual donors, corporate partnerships, and fundraising campaigns to ensure the sustainability and growth of our programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
- Identify and approach potential donors including individuals, corporates, and institutions
- Raise funds for ongoing and upcoming projects (Opex & Capex needs)
2. Donor Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new donors
- Ensure timely donor communication, acknowledgements, and reporting
- Maintain donor database and track contributions
3. CSR & Corporate Partnerships
- Research and connect with corporates for CSR funding opportunities
- Assist in proposal writing, presentations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with companies for in-kind and financial support
4. Proposal Development & Reporting
- Prepare impactful proposals, concept notes, budgets, and grant applications.
- Draft and submit timely narrative and financial reports as per donor requirements.
- Document success stories, case studies, and impact assessments for stakeholders.
5. Project Coordination
- Liaise with internal program and field teams to develop project frameworks suited to CSR partnerships.
- Support the implementation of CSR-funded initiatives and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor progress and help troubleshoot issues in coordination with program teams.
6. Events & CSR Campaigns
- Plan and organize corporate volunteering events, donor visits, and awareness campaigns.
- Represent the NGO at CSR-related conferences, expos, and networking events.
7. Documentation & Database Management
- Maintain a detailed database of all CSR contacts, communications, and proposals.
- Track CSR regulations and compliance updates from regulatory bodies (e.g., Companies Act in India).
Stay informed about trends and innovations in the CSR and non profit ecosystem
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or business development (NGO experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and build relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
- Passion for social impact and humanitarian work
