Medical Tourism / Cross-Border Patient Coordination
Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai (travel required)
About the Role
We are a UAE-based medical value travel firm working with global patients, especially from Africa, seeking treatment in India.
We are looking for a hands-on professional with prior experience in medical tourism / international patient coordination to manage hospital coordination, partner alignment, and end-to-end patient journeys from India.
Who Should Apply
- 2–5 years of experience in medical tourism / international patient services
- Experience working with hospitals or medical travel companies
- Exposure to international patient handling preferred, especially Africa / Middle East
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hospitals for treatment plans, quotations, and onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end patient journey from referral to discharge and return
- Work closely with hospitals, insurance partners, and referral agents
- Ensure quick turnaround on quotations, approvals, and payments
- Track cases, patient progress, and documentation
- Handle cross-border coordination and escalations in real time
Role Requirements
- Willingness to travel within India
- Ability to coordinate across time zones
- Strong communication and execution focus
- Comfort with structured documentation and tracking

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role and not a pure relationship management or front-office role.
