Overview

The ideal candidate must have minimum 10 years of clinical and surgical experience after completion of MS/DNB Orthopedics, with strong expertise in deformity correction and the Ilizarov technique.

• Complex Trauma & Post-Traumatic Deformities
• Ilizarov Technique & External Fixation Systems
• Management of Neglected Orthopedic Conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat congenital deformities, trauma, infections, and post-operative complications
• Perform advanced deformity correction & limb reconstruction surgeries
• Apply Ilizarov external fixation and circular frame techniques
• Collaborate with rehabilitation, physiotherapy & prosthetic teams
• Participate in medical camps & outreach initiatives
• Mentor junior doctors and contribute to surgical workshops & training programs

Candidate Profile

• MBBS + MS/DNB Orthopedics
• Fellowship in Deformity Correction / Ilizarov (Preferred)
• Minimum 10 years’ post-MS hands-on surgical experience
• Strong command over limb lengthening & reconstruction principles
• Compassionate, service-oriented, and mission-driven
