Role Summary:

This role focuses on building automated data workflows and ensuring reliable data management

across systems and pipelines. The candidate will support the organization by improving data

availability, accuracy, and process efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated data workflows, queries, and scheduled processes

to streamline reporting and analytics.

2. Manage data pipelines, data ingestion, and data quality checks to ensure consistent and

reliable data availability.

3. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated jobs and data processes for performance

and accuracy.

4. Document data flows, automation logic, and data management best practices to support

operational transparency.

5. Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to enhance data structures, storage, and

governance standards

Skills & Tools:

1. Automation Tools: Alteryx, Power Automate, workflow schedulers (e.g., Cron, enterprise

job schedulers)

2. Data Management: Data governance practices, data quality checks, metadata

management, data lineage tracking

3. Productivity & Automation: Advanced Excel with VBA, macros, automated reporting

workflows, SQL based querying

4. Visualization: Power BI and Tableau (focus on automated refreshes and dataflows)

5. Operational Skills: Process documentation, issue troubleshooting, performance

monitoring, change management

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative

fields.

2. 1-3 years of relevant professional working experience.
