Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Investment Advisor. The Investment Advisor will be responsible for owning the investor lifecycle end to end. The role will involve engaging with prospective investors, educate them on a new investment model, guide them through their first investment and maintain excellent customer service standards to build long term client relationships.

We are looking for people who are patient educators first and salespeople second. This is a new investment model and our investors have questions and doubts. The right person for this role will enjoy answering queries patiently and winning customer trust.

What You Will Do

  • Speak to inbound leads daily through calling and WhatsApp
  • Explain the FraX investment model in simple words and build investor confidence
  • Handle queries around ownership, fund safety, returns, and exit
  • Walk interested investors through the app to complete their investment on the call
  • Manage your pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and accurate CRM updates every day
  • Share investor insights and product feedback with product and tech team.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years in inside sales or relationship-based selling
  • Prior exposure in investment or financial advisory roles
  • Prior experience in fintech, real estate, wealth management, ed-tech, or financial products strongly preferred
  • Exceptional verbal communication in Hindi and English
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms
  • High energy, self-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Who This Role Is Not For

  • Candidates with only field sales or B2B enterprise sales experience

 

Compensation

  • Fixed: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month depending on experience and profile
  • Variable: Uncapped, paid quarterly, linked to GMV closed
  • Top performers consistently earn ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month
  • Equity participation is available for exceptional long-term fits, discussed at offer stage
