Gen AI Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking for Gen AI Lead with hands on experience in GenAI, AWS, LLM, etc.,

What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of GenAI and agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents, LLM‑powered applications, and RAG pipelines.
• Design and optimize ingestion, chunking, retrieval, and orchestration workflows for high‑accuracy LLM systems.
• Build and scale AI solutions using AWS (Bedrock, EC2, S3) and Docker-based environments.
• Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, and security measures to prevent prompt injection and unsafe behaviors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact AI capabilities.

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, EC2, Python, and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Langgraph, Bedrock SDKs).
• Expertise in Agentic AI concepts, including multi-step reasoning, tool-calling, and orchestration strategies.
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for enabling structured agent‑tool interactions and ecosystem integration.
• Proficiency with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG workflows, and cloud scalability patterns.
• Experience with Docker, async programming, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and AI security practices including prompt safety
