About Memorae
Memorae is the AI-native personal memory agent that lives where you already communicate — WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and our native app. Built around a dual-memory architecture (knowledge memory and actionable memory), we are redefining how people capture, organize, and act on what matters to them. Backed by Mucker Capital, with engineering operations in New Delhi and headquarters in Andorra, we are scaling aggressively.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data Growth Team, reporting directly to the Data Growth Lead. This is not a passive reporting role, you will be the analytical backbone of growth at Memorae, building the dashboards, pipelines, and intelligence systems that drive every acquisition, activation, and monetization decision we make.
You will work hands-on with APIs, agentic AI tools (including Claude Code), and modern data stacks to transform raw data into investor-grade metrics and real-time operational intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain growth analytics dashboards tracking acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization metrics across all channels
- Develop and automate financial and operational reporting pipelines (ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback period, cohort analysis)
- Build and operate data pipelines using APIs (Stripe, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mixpanel, Amplitude, internal systems)
- Leverage agentic AI tools — including Claude Code, Python-based AI agents, and LLM-assisted analytics — to accelerate data workflows and automate repetitive analysis
- Create investor-grade metric packages for Series A preparation and board reporting
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to define KPIs, set targets, and monitor performance
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnel performance, and experiment results to inform growth strategy
- Own data quality, documentation, and governance within the growth analytics stack
RequirementsMust Have
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or a related data role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, window functions, CTEs, performance optimization)
- Strong hands-on experience with dashboarding tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Experience working with APIs for data extraction and pipeline automation (REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth)
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, scripting, and automation
- Solid understanding of SaaS/subscription financial metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, ROAS, cohort analysis)
- Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or equivalent ETL/ELT platforms)
- Strong communication skills — ability to translate data into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders
Strong Plus
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools and workflows (Claude Code, GPT-based agents, LangChain, or similar)
- Experience with Stripe API, Meta Ads API, Google Ads API for financial and marketing data extraction
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog)
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment (pre-Series A or Series A stage)
- Exposure to growth engineering or growth hacking methodologies
- Understanding of statistical methods for experimentation (A/B testing, significance testing, Bayesian methods)
