JobRole – Jr.Graphic Designer + Video Editor

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. If you’re passionate about design, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, style-conscious environment – this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging and brand-aligned creatives for social media, website banners, look books, in-store signage, digital ads, and marketing collaterals..
• Conceptualize and edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, and motion content for both Isharya and Indinoor
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to translate briefs into high-quality visual outputs
• Own daily design deliverables with a strong sense of time management and creativity
• Support senior designers and the creative lead on larger campaign executions when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on design experience, preferably in the fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or digital-first brand/agency space
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on tight deadlines
• A self-starter mindset, openness to feedback, and a collaborative spirit

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or other collaborative design platforms
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and emerging design trends
• Basic understanding of photography, styling, or content production
