Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at Hotel de Romana. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, handling receptionist duties, managing the front office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with guests and staff.
