Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems.Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.Work with cross-functional teams to design and document effective and efficient solutions.Create detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and workflow diagrams.Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and objectives.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the IT team.Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress and gather feedback.Manage expectations and ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.Analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights for decision-making.Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to derive actionable conclusions from data.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet defined requirements.Participate in testing activities and validate that solutions align with business needs.Assess the impact of proposed changes on business processes and systems.Develop change management strategies and assist in their implementation.Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.Provide recommendations for optimizing business processes and systems.

Detailed Task Breakdown

Consider breaking down high-level requirements into detailed tasks, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in JIRA. This approach will make tracking and managing progress more efficient.

Agile and Scrum Familiarity

It would be helpful to emphasize the need for familiarity with Agile methodologies, ideally with experience in Agile environments, to align with our iterative approach.

What is the expectation from the candidate’s current role/profile?

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business process analysis and requirements gathering.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Jira or other project management and collaboration software.Candidates with prior software testing experience will be a plus
