Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through channels such as cold calling, social media, and email campaigns.
- Research and gather information on prospective clients and their marketing needs.
2. Initial Client Contact:
- Make outbound calls to introduce Scaling Wolves’ services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively present relevant marketing solutions.
3. Follow-ups:
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
4. Coordination with Sales Team:
- Schedule appointments or demos for qualified leads with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
5. Communication:
- Provide clear and accurate information about Scaling Wolves’ offerings.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients through engaging and persuasive communication.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Resilience to handle rejection and stay motivated during cold calling.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage follow-ups and maintain records.
