Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Educational Services Coordinator to join our small educational services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing classes, coordinating with instructors, handling payments, maintaining our social media presence, and providing administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multitasking environment and enjoys contributing to the growth and success of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Class Scheduling & Coordination:

o Plan and schedule classes for children in coordination with instructors.

o Ensure accurate communication of schedules to parents, students, and instructors.

o Monitor class enrollment and adjust schedules as needed.

2. Instructor Coordination:

o Act as the primary point of contact for instructors.

o Assist in managing their schedules and ensuring their availability.

3. Payment Handling:

o Manage the collection and processing of payments for classes and services.

o Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular updates to management.

4. Social Media Management:

o Create, post, and manage content on social media platforms to promote programs and activities.

o Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly.

o Monitor social media performance metrics and recommend improvements.

5. Administrative Support:

o Summarize meeting discussions and distribute detailed notes to relevant parties.

o Maintain records, databases, and documentation related to classes, students, and staff.

6. Customer Support:

o Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, addressing any questions or concerns.

o Provide timely updates about classes, schedules, and policies.

Qualifications:

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.

· Proficiency in basic financial management and record-keeping.

· Comfortable using scheduling and payment software/tools.

· Experience in an educational or customer service role is a plus.
