Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) specialist to lead our training and development initiatives. In this role, you will drive the planning, design, and implementation of effective learning solutions that support our employees’ growth and align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for assessing training needs, creating engaging content, managing data on our Learning Management System (LMS), and facilitating impactful online sessions to build skills across the organization.

This role requires employees to work on-site at our Noida office. Candidates must be able and willing to commute to the office as part of their regular work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis

Conduct regular training needs analyses across departments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.

Collaborate with department heads and HR to define training objectives aligned with business goals.

Content Development

Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources that are both engaging and relevant.

Ensure all content is grounded in adult learning principles and aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Training Facilitation

Conduct training sessions in both online and in-person formats, adapting delivery to suit various learning styles and objectives.

Facilitate interactive learning experiences that promote engagement, knowledge retention, and skill application.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

Oversee and manage LMS data, including uploading and organizing content, tracking completion rates, and reporting metrics.

Ensure the LMS is user-friendly and accessible, providing ongoing support to users and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Online Session Hosting

Host and facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars, ensuring seamless delivery and technical quality.

Use interactive tools and platforms to create engaging virtual learning experiences.

Performance and Impact Measurement

Measure the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.

Provide regular reports on training outcomes, including impact on employee performance and engagement.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on L&D trends and technologies to recommend innovative training solutions.

Regularly assess and improve training programs to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.

Competencies

Instructional Design and Content Development

Ability to design and create engaging, relevant, and effective learning materials that address organizational needs.

Proficiency with instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning development tools.

Training Facilitation and Presentation Skills

Strong skills in conducting and facilitating training sessions, both online and in-person.

Ability to engage and inspire learners, manage group dynamics, and adapt to various learning styles.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Competence in assessing training effectiveness, interpreting LMS data, and using analytics to improve learning outcomes.

Experience in applying data insights to make informed decisions about program adjustments and future training needs.

Needs Analysis and Solutioning

Proficiency in conducting thorough training needs assessments to understand skill gaps and business objectives.

Ability to translate analysis into strategic training solutions that align with organizational goals and promote continuous learning.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with department leaders, employees, and HR.

Ability to build partnerships, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between training programs and business needs.
