Roles and Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, and pans using manual and automated cleaning equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including surfaces, appliances, and storage spaces.
- Inspect wash stations to ensure all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked for seamless operations.
- Assist in waste disposal and recycling responsibilities, following the kitchen’s environmental policies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to support meal prep tasks during peak dining periods.
- Monitor and report any instances of equipment malfunction or damage for prompt maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety and health standards, ensuring compliance to protect yourself and colleagues.
