  • Strong skills in shareholder communication, facilitating clear and effective dialogues between the company and its shareholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of company law, staying updated with the latest legal trends and regulations affecting corporate operations.
  • Expertise in minute taking during meetings, ensuring precise and concise documentation of discussions and decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities
