Position Title: Lead Implementation Engineer

Position Overview:
As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of our products
and solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements,
and ensure seamless integration and implementation of our technology solutions. The ideal candidate
should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate
effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibility:
• Design and Implementation: Designing service desk architectures for infrastructure and
applications, as well as designing logging frameworks to ensure data collection, and analysis.
• Technology Evaluation and Integration: Evaluating and recommending monitoring, logging, and
event management tools and technologies. This includes integrating these technologies with existing
systems and network to ensure seamless data flow and correlation.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as DevOps, product,
support and Security to ensure cohesive monitoring and management strategies. Should lead project
delivery and contribute to governance and compliance policies, and mentor junior architects and
engineers.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Developing and maintaining delivery documentation, including
diagrams, standards, and procedures. Also establish and promote best practices for monitoring and
service desk across customer the organization, and provide training and support to operational
teams.
• Collaboration with customer and Technical Training: Design and deliver SRS workshops and trainingsessions to build partners’ and customer’s technical skills and capabilities. Act as a trusted advisor topartners by sharing deep technical expertise and aligning solutions with their business goals.
Requirements:• Should have experience with monitoring and service desk tools (e.g., ManageEngine, Broadcom,Microfocus, Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, TrueSight, ServiceNow, Kibana, Zoho Service Desk) anddata visualization and dashboarding (e.g., JasperBI, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Should also be familiar with tools deployment in on-premise as well as cloud.
• Should be familiar with network architectures concepts such as secure zone and DMZ as well as ITILprocesses.
• ITIL certified is preferred.
• Soft skills include a strong sense of initiative and ownership, communication and interpersonalskills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborativeenvironment.
• General Solution Skills: Must be able to gather requirements, analyze systems, and identify areasfor improvement. Should possess technical skills, communication skills, project management skills,and organizational skills.
Good to have Skill set:• Hands-on experience on Linux servers, Windows and Networking is a must.
